I really hate this feeling. When I look at my leg, I felt fear inside.

The swelling and blue black seems to get worse. From pretty small area becoming bigger.

This is the 2nd serious injury on this ankle. And actually I dont know why, but I just feeling really not right this time.

I really fear that it might get worse. I really scared it wont recover. I really scared alot of things. Oh damn it!

I have already elevate when I sleep. I iced it when I return home that day. I apply the gel. But still. And when hearing the injury is ... I really sians half.

Please, I pray hard now. Hopefully the injury is getting better instead of worse. I pray that it will recover soon. I pray that after recovering I will not have fear of running & jumping. Please I pray!

Anyway, tomorrow is my presentation of my FYP. Hoepfully everything goes well. Now when I speak, it seems alright, I really hope it will be fine.

Life isnt really good these days. Oh damn it! What is wrong?
