Dont know what got into us.

The crazee us! Hahaha!!! =X And we dragged ah shit to join us too.. lolx...

I hope I can wake up tomorrow... and do my run.. thats the most important!!! Had a damn good rest already, and so its time to exercise again tomorrow till Saturday again since Tues, Wed, Thu, Fri & Sat got Netball & Badminton trainings... so 6 days trainings/games and 1 day rest... hopefully next Sunday is swimming.. which today woke up too late to go..

Need stamina & speed back in 22 days time. Thats is what I need to do. But what he said is true also, sometimes mind matters.. well.. thinking back I thought I couldnt run to East Coast, but I did it too, so it is all in my mind too. But well, been resting for the past 3 weeks, and so its time to get back some workouts too, so physically ready then plus my mind it will do wonders.. haha..

Well, since I already plan out my schedule then I better follow it..
