• Passing - Made 4 passing mistakes.

1. I was too gan chiong. I didnt wait for my team mate to change her direction, I passed.
2. I passed behind her. I just pass when I see her run, didnt give her the advantage of moving forward.
3. When I got the ball, than very scared cannot pass, then anyhow pass.
4. Didnt estimate properly the strength, and gave a very hard pass, when supposed to be a soft 1 as there is no opponents, and teammate is tired already.

Solution: I need to relax, and not being so gan giong. Wait and see and then pass. See the surrounding, no opponent - give a just nice 1. Give teammate, benefit of moving forward. Look out for surrounding, when team-mate ask for ball, doesnt mean she is free, must see her sides.

• Timing - My timing was quite off. Didnt wait for teammate to get ready, and started running. (I must hold my run. Wait and then sprint out. )
• Running into space - Didnt really got the ball when passing down to the attack. After Panda got the ball, sometimes running abit off. (Maybe it is alright, as it is moving forward faster, but I guess I need to be more 'useful')
• Assume too much & moving too fast - I was with my WA, and thinking that the ball will be passed to the GA and moving forward before the opponent even make the passs, causing my WA to be free and get the pass. (I should have move forward abit and then sprint when the pass is made)
• Tend to let my opponent run free to the front. (Maybe have to keep sticking to her, then at least make her teammate think she cannot get the ball????? Pushing her to the side?????)

BIGGEST MISTAKE: Too anxious to prove myself, turn out at the start was very bad, making stepping mistake & then passing too gangiong!!!

Well, now is the happier side. I made a few interceptions and also did manage to make a few successful passes and got a few "free ball" from the opponent & I think I did mange to stop them passing to WA???

1st interception was able to anticipate that the pass is going to be pass to the GA, and my timing was just nice to intercept it. 2nd interception was when the ball is passed to my back, and did managed to intercept it (This is my greatest mistake, I can seldom intercept a ball passing my back, always having difficulty to run back and then to intercept it). Not all the time, but I think able to block WA from getting the ball and pushing her to side. Getting the few "free ball" from the opponent either they missed the catch, or being small size and able to get it first. Also, I guess maybe stop the GA from getting the ball, as she was running to my side, then I move back also, but not all the time also lah...

Anyway, I must really learn of how to jump up instead of jumping side-up. But this is really 1 that I had not really learn how to do it... =((((((((((((((
